Families in Galicia (Poland)Austria

Mysliwy and/or Lubas --Mysliwy family is from Szebnie, Peter was born in 1881 -- his father is John and mother is Contance --Lubas family is from Budzisz, Catherina was born 1882-1885 -- her father is Jacob and mother is Veronica. Any information about either family would be greatly appreciated.
How do I go about finding birth certificates for people from these families?
