Safed (Tsfat) Roots Project: Getting access ?

Hi everybody!

I tried several times to register/get access to the repository supposed to be found under the URL:
http://www.tsfat.com/projects/tsfatroots/tsfatroots.htm

It never worked. Today, I'm getting an Error 404 Not Found message when even trying to connect to the site.

Does anybody happen to know anything useful about this (supposedly promising) resource ? See e.g. the description under:
http://www.isragen.org.il/siteFiles/1/213/4870.asp.

404 error code means page not found. If you go to http://www.tsfat.com/ you will see the site is currently under development and not currently available to the public.
