I've answered in your topic, but thanks to this one, I've found out that the pre-1918 name of the region was Gladyszow, that's already going to be a nice step forwards in my research.

I'll see what I can find; the Gorlice region was, before 1918, part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, there may be some info available in German... although that's not guaranteed, either. If I find something, since I speak that language, I'll post it here.

Thanks for these lists, they're worth their weight in gold! I was looking for relatives living in Krakow before emigrating in 1932 to France, so they're exactly covering the timeframe I need.
